More than one story – training for young media makers on diversity in reporting on migration
What kind of stories and perspectives on migration are you missing in media today? Between 19-24th of March 50 young journalists brought their story ideas and media skills to Stockholm to challenge the current media image of issues regarding migration by lifting a diversity of voices that are not represented in media today.
During the five day seminar young media makers from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark practiced journalism with the media of their choice together with other young media makers. They also got inspiration from experienced media makers, learned new ways of reporting and dug deeper into the topic of migration.
