Unique ID 1.4.13 by Gravity Perks

Gravity Perks Unique ID introduces a new field type called “Unique ID” that generates a distinct ID for each entry submitted. This add-on offers various types of unique IDs, which includes alphanumeric, numeric, and sequential schemes.

Usages

• To provide a confirmation or reference number for each entry with a fixed length, which can be shown in confirmation pages and notifications (e.g. “Your confirmation number is ABC142Z3”).
• To maintain a sequential invoice number, which some countries demand by law.
• To generate a unique coupon code that can be used for subsequent form submissions (tutorial to follow!).
• To create a unique number for use in raffles.

How it functions
Upon installation, this plugin presents a new field type called “Unique ID” in the “Advanced Fields” category. When you submit a form including this field, a single, form and field-specific ID is generated and saved in that field.
